Acrylate Grouting Material is a water-soluble grouting material with acrylate as the main component. It consists of acrylate (Component A) and an initiator (Component B). Typically, it is injected using a dual-liquid grouting pump, and after curing, it forms a highly elastic gel. It is mainly used for leak sealing where there are no strength requirements, soil consolidation, and grouting for impermeable curtain in foundation bases.

Application Range

1. Good pourability. The viscosity is extremely low, less than 10mPa·s.
2. The construction performance is good. Fast curing in less than 30 seconds.
3. Gel has a certain elasticity. The elongation rate is greater than 200%, effectively solving the issue of structural expansion and contraction.
4. Good adhesion performance. It has excellent bonding performance with concrete surfaces, and the bonding strength is greater than that of its own gel.
5. Good environmental friendliness. LD50 is greater than 5000mg/Kg, making it an effectively non-toxic product.
6. Good water resistance. The coagulated body has extremely high impermeability, with anot exceeding 10-6.

2. Transport according to regular product requirements, prevent rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and ensure that th packaging is intact.
3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not be higher than 40℃.
4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 9months.
